Complete the Delta Pet Partners Registration
If you have not done so already, download and print the complete
Delta Pet Partners Registration Packet.
- All animals who participate in the program must be healthy and free
from parasites, disease, infections, and illnesses. The health
screening is completed by your animal's regular veterinarian.
To participate in the Pet Partners program, the animal must meet the following
health requirements:
- Pass a general physical exam.
- Receive rabies immunization, as prescribed by state law.
- Be in compliance with other immunization requirements, as prescribed by your veterinarian.
- Be free from internal and external parasites.
Your veterinarian must complete the Animal Health Screening Form, located
in the Delta Pet Partners Registration Packet.
- Fill out all sections of the Registration Packet carefully, and make sure you have completed the
entire packet before sending it to Delta Society. Be sure to include your
team evaluation form, team photo, and applicable fees.
Incomplete packets may
delay registration or may be returned to you.
- Make a copy, just in case!
- Because NCTD is a Delta Pet Partners Affiliate group,
you can pay the discounted registration fee
for Delta Affiliate group members if you plan to visit with NCTD.
- Your NCTD mentor will help you with any questions, or you can contact
Delta Society directly at 425-226-7357.
- You must submit your registration packet within 3 months of passing your
team evaluation. If you wait more than 3 months, you
and your teammate must be re-evaluated.
- You will receive a confirmation letter from Delta Society within 2-3 weeks.
- Your photo ID and collar tag will arrive a couple weeks later.
- Your registration is good for 2 years. Teams must be re-evaluated
and a Pet Partners Renewal Packet must be completed and submitted to Delta
every 2 years.
